Our mission is to deliver high-quality pieces that inspire confidence and comfort in everyone who wears them. As a made-to-order brand, we ask that you take a moment to carefully review the following terms and conditions:

Product Details & Variations

All our items are individually made after an order is placed. Slight variations in color, texture, or print positioning may occur due to the nature of textile printing and garment production. These unique traits are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

Made-to-Order & Customer Responsibility

Because our products are made on demand, we kindly ask that you verify all product details before purchasing — especially sizing, color, and design. Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you select the right fit.

⚠️ Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection by the customer,

  • Change of mind after purchase,

  • General dissatisfaction when the product matches the description.

Accepted Return Cases

We only accept returns or offer replacements/refunds if:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The item received is not the one ordered,

  • The size received does not match the label ordered.

If any of the above applies, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process your request.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted production partner. This helps us reduce overproduction and waste. Please allow for standard processing and delivery times as outlined at checkout. Delays caused by postal carriers are outside our control.

  • Standard processing time for orders is 7-12 business days to be processed and shipped.

Product Care & Damage After Delivery

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on the garment label. We are not liable for any damage caused by:

  • Incorrect washing or drying methods,

  • Improper handling,

  • Alterations made after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

LunarCrescente shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products — including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This disclaimer and your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in Florida courts.
